Ordering
Our main business hours are 12 noon (EST) to 6pm (EST) however you can order anytime you wish and outside of our business hours we will respond to email and phone messages on a regular basis. (as we are in Western Australia we do observe all WA Public Holidays).

Guarantee & Refunds
We do try to check all of our stock before we send it out but unfortunately sometimes things do slip past us (we are only human). So if you get something that is faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will either replace it (if we still have them in stock) or refund you in full in the method that you remitted payment (If you paid by credit card we will refund to your credit card).
When returning goods, we suggest that you use registered post as we cannot be held responsible for goods that fail to reach us. Unfortunately we cannot refund used goods, so please return them in 'as new' condition with all packaging intact.
Back Orders
If any item that you order is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours to let you know. We will advise you of the estimated dispatch date and, if you still wish to order the item, it will be placed on backorder and we will keep you informed as to its progress.
Back ordered items are not charged until they are dispatched.
Payment
We accept MasterCard and Visa Card however we understand that not everyone has a credit card, or feels comfortable shopping online, so if you prefer you may pay for your order via direct debit.

If you wish to pay by Direct Debit you can still use the online checkout program. Please ensure that you use the order number from your order (off our website) as your reference on your direct debit. Please note that orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

The age guides are a suggestion only and should not supersede your own judgment. Do feel free to email or phone us should you have any queries or concerns about the appropriateness of a certain product.
All of our stock passes Australian Safety Standards, we try to purchase renewable resources and all paints and glues are non-toxic.
Privacy
We care about your privacy and as such at Toy Emporium we sell toys, not information.
We do not share customer information with any third parties and any information we do collect is used for the sole purpose of conducting our business with you.
We don't require you to 'join up' or register with us (although if you do provide us with an email address we will let you know if anything special is coming up.)

As customer satisfaction is our priority, if something is not to your satisfaction please contact us at info@toyemporium.com.au immediately. We are committed to responding within 5 working days and will treat all situations in a friendly, fair manner. We hope you will do the same.
