Unfortunately it does cost us to pack and send your purchases however we have tried to keep these costs to a minimum. In most cases freight and handling will be charged at a flat rate of $8.95 Australia Wide, if you do have a particularly large order we will provide a quote on freight before we dispatch your items.

To avoid delay in delivery, please make sure that you provide us with the correct delivery address and contact information when you place your order.

Orders are dispatched within seven days of receipt of payment; however it may take a little longer during busy periods. Please phone us if you have a 'must-be-delivered-by' date so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery will be via Australia Post to the address that is supplied on the order form, however if your purchase is a present we can gift wrap and post to anywhere in Australia directly for you. Please include your phone number with your order so that if an item is out of stock or we have any queries, we can contact you.

International Customers

Toy Emporium currently delivers to all states of Australia and although we do not curently send to addresses outside Australia our International customers can easily place orders for the delivery of gifts to family and friends within Australia. Please include your email address when placing your order so we can send you a confirmation and advise you if there are any additional bank fees involved if paying with an International Credit Card (this will be done before the charge is applied).

Gift Wrapping

Whether you would prefer to give the gift yourself, or have it sent directly, we provide a professional 'Wrap & Ribbon' service which can include a personalised handwritten gift card for the lucky recipient with your own message on it (Please enter the required message in the information box).

Toy Emporium uses quality gift wrapping materials and we will not leave pricing on gifts. If purchasing a gift for someone at a different address, we e.mail the gift provider with an invoice.
